Himalaya Baltimore FC Finishes Runner-Up at the 5th DMVYA Cup
Himalaya Baltimore FC enjoyed a memorable weekend at the 5th DMVYA Cup, with both the Open and Masters teams representing the club with commitment, quality and tremendous team spirit.
The Open team delivered a strong performance throughout the group stage, recording two wins from three matches. The squad continued to compete with confidence and determination before its tournament run came to an end in the quarterfinals. Although the result did not go our way, the team’s football and fighting spirit made the club proud.
The Masters team produced an impressive campaign of its own. With three wins, one draw and one loss across the weekend, the team advanced all the way to the championship match. The final was a close and competitive encounter, and Himalaya Baltimore FC ultimately finished as the tournament runner-up.
Beyond the results, the weekend was a celebration of football and community. Players from both squads, their families and the supporters who came to cheer created a positive atmosphere throughout the tournament. Their encouragement and presence made the experience even more special.
While the club narrowly missed out on bringing home the title, the performance, togetherness and memories from the weekend gave Himalaya Baltimore FC plenty to celebrate. We congratulate every player and staff member and sincerely thank all families and supporters for standing behind the teams.
