Fourth Himalaya Soccer Tournament

Himalaya Baltimore is proud to organize the fourth edition of the Himalaya Soccer Tournament on August 1 and 2, 2026. The tournament brings together experienced players, families, supporters and community organizations for a competitive and entertaining soccer weekend.

The main tournament will follow an 8v8 format and is open to eligible 35+ players. The event will also feature a Kids Soccer Fest with fun activities, games and skill-building opportunities for young players.

Frontend testing notice: The form currently validates, prints and downloads the registration information on the user's device. To permanently save submissions and send them to the club, it must later be connected to Supabase, Google Forms, Formspree or another form service.

Tournament Rules

The detailed official tournament rules may be updated by the organizing committee before the event.

  • Players must meet the tournament age requirement.
  • A valid photo identification document may be requested for verification.
  • A player may represent only one team during the tournament.
  • Players not listed on the official roster may not participate.
  • Teams must complete registration before the deadline.
  • Registration is not complete until payment is confirmed by the organizers.
  • Each team may submit up to fifteen registered players using this form.
  • Roster changes after the deadline require organizer approval.
  • The main tournament will follow an 8v8 format.
  • Match duration and group format will be confirmed before the tournament.
  • Teams must report to the assigned field before their scheduled kickoff time.
  • Referee decisions during the match must be respected.
  • Players, coaches and supporters must demonstrate respect and sportsmanship.
  • Abusive language, threatening behavior and fighting are prohibited.
  • Teams are responsible for the behavior of their players and supporters.
  • The organizing committee reserves the right to discipline or remove individuals who violate event rules.
